Airport Development Group (ADG) engaged JJR to facilitate a strategic project planning workshop for the Darwin, Alice Springs and Tenant Creek Airports.
JJR Involvement :
JJR’s expert team prepared and facilitated a workshop, which included the development of an agenda in consultation with the ADG Management Team, liaise with key stakeholders, creating a supporting presentation to accompany the workshop, providing an overview of ADG’s forecasted CAPEX and project program, and compiling a comprehensive post-workshop report.
