| Project Overview | JJR provided civil engineering design services relating to the provision of concept design drawings for the footpath along Montpelier Retreat. The footpath was widened to 2.4m and served to increase ease of access and safety for pedestrians within a highly trafficked pedestrian zone. |
| JJR Involvement | JJR performed a detailed survey of the area with identification and documentation of all above ground and underground services and assets, while also undertaking an options analysis and feasibility investigation and report including the provision of initial construction cost estimates for potential options.
JJR also provided a recommendation to Council regarding a preferred option, as well as concept design drawings for the option chosen by Council. |
